Pleased to report that an ad hoc but well-lubricated team of Cornell and Stanford alums tied for first with two other teams (apparently comprised of professional trivia players supplied with inside information). Unfortunately the alumni team misjudged the number sought by the tie-breaker question, finished third (out of a gazillion teams) and therefore received only a token reduction in its bar tab. We need more data points so we can test some hypotheses about the value of our educations. Readers considering joining us in the future should note high scores=subsidized drinks.
